Did not have Mona, had someone else. Did not notice that she had missed some obvious hairs until later. Will stick with Sihani from now on as she is excellent.

Mona waxed me, she left wax burn marks on my arms and face, and even made upsetting remarks towards my body while at my most vulnerable. I’ve had Silhani wax me before and she was brilliant, but this experience makes me uneasy to come back again. I’d like a refund if possible. Thanks
