The wax was decent, but not as good as the first one (my first appointment was with another therapist). Also there were some minor details like wax too hot, no towel, no wipes etc. On my first appointment at this place there were no problems at all. I will come again though, but be more specific about with who I book my appointment

Very happy with my wax. Sapna was thorough and very quick - appt time was 30 mins but I was in and out within 15 which was good as it was during my lunch break! I mistakingly paid too much for the wrong treatment on Treatwell so Sapna kindly said I could have the credit off of my next treatment.

The person I made the appointment with wasn’t there. I was helped by someone else. Didn’t get notified of the change. Moreover my brows came out uneven and I now have to use my brow pencil to make up for the difference.
