My eyebrow threading and bikini wax therapist was lovely and easy to talk to and did a great job of the eyebrow threading with ease of a professional and advised on how to encourage growth. Advised that I’d paid twice via Treatwell by mistake so had credit which I decided to use against a massage. I wish I hadn’t. My masseuse who introduced herself as Mona didn’t seem to know what she was doing a lot of the time and had dry hands that scratched /could have been her nails and made a relaxing moment uncomfortable. I asked for her to massage my feet, but she would just click them so I showed her how I wanted pressure and tension rubbed out of the arches but she didn’t quite get it. Granted the massage had not been booked in advance so maybe there were no experienced masseuses in, though I wasn’t told that. She checked her phone several times throughout as if willing it to be over and though not one of the worst massages I’ve had, I wouldn’t recommend it.

The deep tissue cleanse facial is incredibly relaxing. The facial massage is quite firm, which I like and it leaves my face feeling fresh and full of radiance.
