The staff were friendly but I probably wouldn't go back for a Hollywood wax here. The therapist asked how the wax was and I said it was too hot and she said 'really?' and did nothing to cool it down. The wax was applied over a large area and ripped off in one go rather than in smaller areas. I was left with hair in some areas and wax stuck to my skin. The whole thing was over in 5 minutes so I guess efficient but would have preferred more time and care taken over it.

The manicure took 1.5 hours and the polish was applied so badly that I had to ask them to remove it. One cuticle was left bleeding. Given how long it took, there was no time for pedicure, even though I had already paid for both. There was also none of the colour left that had been applied to my nails so I couldn't have had the same colour anyway. £80 spent, no manicure or pedicure and a very sore finger as a result. Please refund me asap, Treatwell.
