The person I made the appointment with wasn’t there. I was helped by someone else. Didn’t get notified of the change. Moreover my brows came out uneven and I now have to use my brow pencil to make up for the difference.

The therapist wasn't very good with hot wax, she hurt me a few times in the most delicate areas. Normal leg wax was ok. I would recommend Silhani or Naaz for hot wax treatments.
