Came here due to positive reviews, ended up with ruined hair. Had it down to my chest before, asked for a simple trim but they cut most of it off, so it’s now shoulder length. It’s not even cut very well either. I also have choppy, uneven layers at the front which look awful and wispy. Will have to wait months for it to grow out before getting it fixed because it’s so short now!! Will never return to this place.
