I was sent to their sister salon 30 mins before my booking. The service ran twice as long, hair fell on my wet nails, and I witnessed a walk-in charged £17 for brow threading (listed as £7 in the brochure). I texted the owner, who claimed it included upper lip, but I sat there silently the whole time — it didn’t happen. I was also asked repeatedly for a 5-star review. The whole experience felt dishonest and uncomfortable.
