My stylist was 25 minutes late, which means that by the time she started on my hair, the next appointment walked in. So the entire experience felt extremely rushed. She finished in 15 minutes, but it did not feel like I was very welcome. I felt like an inconvenience and like she couldn’t wait for me to leave already. She also wasn’t very apologetic about the extremely long wait. I’m also not 100% happy with my haircut, as it’s slightly uneven and she kept telling me it’s fine, not asking me.

Overall, it was fine but the experience wasn't the best, to be honest. I was called and asked to come in an hour after what i had booked on Treatwell and still had to wait 20 more minutes when I arrived. The beautician got up several times to take videos of the hairdresser and there were children screaming and running around the whole time.
