I booked for a lunch slot during work, with Jal, and she wasn't there nor did they have anyone to cut my hair when I had booked to. Then they rescheduled me to later on at the Aldgate East branch, and I had to wait a while until my appointment. The facilities were not the cleanest and could use some improvements. I had my hair with no conditioner or heat protection was applied. The lady wasn't speaking to me in English so I couldn't tell what she was saying. She didn't even out the layers
