The worst facial I’ve ever had. My appt was postponed by an hour due to staffing issues. Fine. Things happen. I then get told a hairdresser is doing my facial. I’m brought down to a room, very clinical, no music. The facialist then proceeds to bat my face like she’s washing a plate. It felt so rushed. No technique. My hair keeps getting pulled around my face, products sting my eyes. She then tends to a hair appt during the facial, leaving me on the operating table. A truly bad experience.
