I booked online, on arrival no one there to open the door for me i waited in heat and called the phone someone picked up saying the worker is with a client. I waited still no response, they called me back giving me the code to get in. I sat inside for another 15 min before being seen. I dont understand why they will allow to book if they do not have the staffing. If anything they could have called me saying they are running late.
