Very sweet hair stylist but asked for a wolf cut and just didn’t get one - she refused to cut any layers above my shoulders which meant zero shaggy look. Also they were 20 mins to start me, didn’t offer me anything to drink in the wait. The water was too cold (in the winter) when washing my hair and the blow dry burned my scalp several times despite me flinching.
