I had a haircut with Kim, and she was great. She listened carefully to what I wanted.
The hair wash experience, however, was pretty bad. It was done by her colleague, whose shampooing technique was questionable. She also rubbed my hair between her palms, which is not in line with standard training, and she did not test the water temperature on herself before putting the water directly on my head. She also didn’t know how to put the towel properly on the hair or seat me comfortably within basin.
