The technical was lovely and really tried her hardest but I booked last minute for a manicure and the salon wasn’t prepped to host me at all. She had to set up everything, the nail polishes were limited and old, which meant that the manicure itself was a bit messy. It really felt that they weren’t expecting anyone to come today and scrambled to get the manicure together, the technician did as well as she could have but pretty unfair for the salon to not be able to serve clients properly
