Very happy with my wax. Sapna was thorough and very quick - appt time was 30 mins but I was in and out within 15 which was good as it was during my lunch break! I mistakingly paid too much for the wrong treatment on Treatwell so Sapna kindly said I could have the credit off of my next treatment.

The person I made the appointment with wasn’t there. I was helped by someone else. Didn’t get notified of the change. Moreover my brows came out uneven and I now have to use my brow pencil to make up for the difference.
