I requested that she not wax anything above my pubic mound, but she applied wax to my upper thigh without asking, and she indicated that she knew I asked her not to. She assumed I didn't want the wax there because of pain, but actually my skin is too sensitive in that area and I come up in a painful rash for several days. So while the wax would have been five stars if she had respected my request, it's 4 stars and I won't return because I don't trust her to leave the areas I tell her to alone.
