Totally unprofessional with no organised systems in place - be prepared to turn up and have your treatment carried out by whoever is there, regardless of who you booked in with and how competent the replacement is.
I had an extremely disappointing experience when I first visited this salon, when I was kept waiting almost 30 minutes for my appointment (which was scheduled in before a flight) as not only was the salon opened up 10 minutes later than advertised, but the beautician I had booked to thread my eyebrows based on the Treatwell reviews also arrived just over 25 minutes late. I was left waiting with no explanation, and eventually promised that she would be there ‘soon’, only to have to wait another 10 minutes. I appreciate that trains etc can be delayed, but the staff here have no customer service skills and just provide excuse after excuse instead of an apology to paying customers.
I decided to rebook with the salon owner, Silhani, and give it a second chance based on the reviews, but unfortunately the schedule of availability provided on Treatwell is completely inaccurate and she wasn’t even working today. The next best option would have been to have my eyebrows done with the same lady as last time, but she also wasn’t in despite the Treatwell booking schedule showing that she would be. There was just one woman there who really wasn’t confident in achieving the shape and look I wanted, which I showed her a photo of from my last treatment at this very salon. Shockingly, the blame was put on me as the customer for not calling to confirm that Silhani would be in today, and I was told to come back on another day when she is here. It is the responsibility of the business to post accurate and trustworthy information and live up to expectations, not of the client to have to chase for a service which has been advertised as available - I selected Silhani as Treatwell showed that she would be in today, and am not free any other day this week to revisit in hopes that she might be there. I had to go ahead as it’s the only day I’m free, but I’m really unhappy with the shape and tidyness of the brows.
To top it all off, I was then charged extra for paying on card - the beautician only notified me of this after the payment had been taken.
There were two other customers there expressing the same dissatisfaction about today’s and previous visits - prepare to be disappointed!
