I felt that the whole experience was just rather rubbish and painful. I have a high threshold for pain but not when someone is pulling the wax off the wrong way/when it hasn't dried. or when the wax is far too hot and I'm told that it's because my pores aren't use it.....
Along with the above, the towel I was given to cover myself whilst waiting for the beautician was filthy!
I've been going here for eyebrow threading for a year and they used to be great, but I won't go back. I had the worst technician twice and she made my eyebrows very thin, took chunks out of the middle, arched one and curved the other. It was a real mess and she's difficult to avoid because she's the one who works most frequently. I booked to see another and she was better, noted the issues created by her colleague but didn't apologise and just told me the days to go to avoid her.
My appointment was at 10am but the therapists didn’t actually turn up until 10am which meant that I had to wait around a while for them to prepare and for the wax to heat up.
Also the file and polish cost £20 which is what i would normally pay for a full pedicure.
