Jal was such a talented and kindhearted person and made me feel at ease. I hardly felt any pain during the full face mask, and she did a lovely job of the eyebrows following my request re shape. She made a special effort and gave me gold tips on the pink shellac which looks so special, as I’m going to a wedding at the weekend. As a retired lady visiting from Glasgow,
I felt Jal was very courteous and gentle with me and I shall certainly refer people on.
