Only two things. A.hurt way more than normal and she kept manipulating my legs and I'd rather do it myself. B. She blew on my underarms without her mask on properly. Not covid friendly.

The process was rushed and the wax didn’t work well at all. It has stripped a part of my skin off my upper lip completely which I’m devastated about. The lady was nice but I felt she rushed it too as she had another client after me. I’ve come here a few times but this time I am disappointed as I’ve now been left with skin a part of my upper lip skin ripped off and have to treat it and avoid makeup. Would not recommend at all anymore.
