Whenever you request Silhani, she’s not the beautician provided which is displeasing.
Understanding, she’s probably occupied, I don’t think her name should be listed unless she’s presently fulfilling the service.
• It’s now someone new and inexperienced which is very disappointing.
Day 2, my kit is more or less stubble. I’ve never experienced stubble on the next day, after waxing🤦♀️.
I believe it’s time to go back to the experienced services and get what you pay for or just DIY✌️.

Maria was friendly, she did my eyebrows perfectly and the shape I like . The hollywood waxing was painless she was gentle and always double checking that the temperature was good . I totally recommend it , the treatments are amazing and the staff is really good and professional.
