I’ve had waxes before and usually the waxer pays more attention to detail and make sure of the customers comfort. Disappointingly, this time it felt like it was not done to the usual standard.

It's not the hairdressers fault but my hair is orange instead of red. I did say I wanted it red beforehand but they didn't have bordeaux hair dye for some reason. I have to dye it myself at home now and I'm feeling very depressed about my hair colour
