I always have such a fantastic treatment but whenever I go, the poor lady is always on her own, running around trying to do treatments and answer the door/phone and god knows what else. I was waiting for my appointment outside because she was on her own and no one else was there to open the door whilst she was doing somebody else’s treatment. Once in a while i don’t mind but it seems to be every time I go. She was so apologetic and I completely understand but it’s not her fault at all.
