The pressure applied in massage was okay, however, the therapist was on earphones and whispering on call throughout some parts of the massage. Other times the male at the other end of the phone could be heard quite clearly. I was very exhausted and needed the massage however this was not a relaxing experience whatsoever. Would like to speak to the manager about this, if I could be contacted.

Naaz was excellent and did a fantastic and thorough job. She was mindful and careful and took my pain threshold into consideration while carrying out the wax she had a very friendly aura. Will deffo be booking again with Naaz
