Maria was amazing, very kind and lovely. The salon was also very welcoming and clean. The only problem was the quality of the manicure… it seemed like Maria had never done a shellac manicure before. It was painful, quite abrupt and the final result was very disappointing. Now I have to get it done again in another salon. They kindly offered another shellac manicure for free but I don’t think I’ll go back again…

When I came in I saw one of the staff sat at the back of the salon using her mobile phone. As I was early for my appointment, I asked if I could be seen earlier as she wasn't with a client at the time but instead she told me I would have to come back later which I didn't appreciate. So I came back later and had my appointment with Naaz instead who was amazing as always. She's super friendly, doesn't keep you waiting, and always does a great job. Thank you Naaz!
