I stood on the street for several minutes, waited for the door to be opened, relaxing music was constantly interrupted - it infuriated and instead of relaxing it turned out to be tension, the bandage on the hair was poorly fixed, as a result, large pieces of cream ended up on the hair - it looked like dandruff

Really awful back massage - not relaxing at all. Very abrupt therapist, didn’t speak or smile, was consistently dragging the bed from side to side to maneouver around it and hitting the wall mid-massage, seemed quite untrained with little technique, kept scratching me throughout the massage with her nails, leaning over my head, left door open at the end of my session (despite not being fully clothed). Not a good or relaxing experience at all. SO disappointing as eyebrow threading was ok
