AWFUL!! AWFUL!! AWFUL!!
I usually do not write reviews but this experience was absolutely awful. The Estheticians double dipped the wax (poor hygiene).
Applied the hot wax on as 2 big pieces and she struggling to take it off as it was all stuck together as 1 big piece.
There was a lot of hair left, I had to shave it my self when I got home (I mean what is the use of me paying someone else, if I have to do it myself)

I preface this review on that I’ve already reached out to the business for a refund however my email hasn’t been acknowledged.
They processed my brows twice because they weren’t happy with the initial results. It felt like she used glue to put my brows in place which needed to be scraped off.
While I wasn’t happy with the results of the lamination, the one star is because I ended up with a CUT across my brow from where she aggressively scraped my skin.
