The beautician I booked was Silhani; otherwise named as Jal (?). First, they did not have the colour I chose. Second, the beautician started painting my nails a half centimetre away from my cuticles and when I said that it would be preferable if she got closer to my cuticles so it doesn’t look like it’s been a week since I got them done, she said she no longer wanted to do my nails and asked her colleague to call the manager to refund me. Her colleague ignored her so reluctantly, she finished.
