Jal was delightful and made me feel so at ease whilst having my treatment, she was also able to fit me in to have a pedicure afterwards which was much needed before my holiday. I would definitely recommend.

Overall experience ok, not great as I was left with quite a lot of random hairs everywhere. The therapist was welcoming and nice, but the waxing itself not so great unfortunately
