I preface this review on that I’ve already reached out to the business for a refund however my email hasn’t been acknowledged. They processed my brows twice because they weren’t happy with the initial results. It felt like she used glue to put my brows in place which needed to be scraped off. While I wasn’t happy with the results of the lamination, the one star is because I ended up with a CUT across my brow from where she aggressively scraped my skin.
