My appointment started 30 minutes late, I would have appreciated if I was informed beforehand, instead of waiting inside the treatment room with my eyes stuck closed.
Room was small and I agree the atmosphere wasn’t the best with kids around.
At some point my lash was stuck to the bottom lash; I wasn’t warned when the tech tried to tug it out. It was so painful my eye immediately teared up.
The lashes looked really nice, but the service was very subpar, which is a shame.
