Therapist was lovely and pleasant, did their best to ensure I was comfortable. However, the room looked run down and not clean, with wallpaper lifting off the walls and dirty floors. The equipment for the wax was very dated, importantly it seemed that the therapist could not control the temperature to which the wax was heated. They kept blowing on my parts which I felt uncomfortable and awkward about and should not have happened if the right equipment was used. Therapist didn’t seem experienced
