Lovely lady and very pleasant experience but when it comes to cleanliness it’s just the little things. There was no wipes which I thought was a standard before having a Hollywood, she said they didn’t have any and the plastic on the bed had wax residue. But outside of that very lovely lady, speedy and made me feel very comfy

I had a lovely blow dry, however, once I'd arrived home and straightened and brushed out my fringe, I noticed how the sides of my fringe, which I'd stated I wanted longer than the rest of my fringe, were cut and angled upwards(?!) at 45 degrees. I should've shown a photo, but assumed the stylist knew what I meant when I said I wanted the sides of my fringe longer to connect to the rest of my hair. I'll disappointingly have to wait for the fringe to grow out once again and I'll cut it myself.
