Unfortunately I’ve had a bad experience here the last 3 times. The person I usually book with is often now not there and located at their new branch in another location. So after accepting my booking I usually get a call within an 30mins of my appointment to let me know that I need to go to a new location - which is inconvenient for me. Also why accept a booking or advertise you will be at a certain location when you won’t be? It’s strange, they need to fix their updated booking issue.
