Showed up to the appointment on time. They overbooked and had 2-3 people waiting with one staff member. I told them I could not wait as I had a reservation and booked this appointment under the pretence that I would get my haircut done on time. After making me wait for 35 mins, the staff member would not cancel my appointment and refund me. Even though I persistently asked her to do so. I got a bad haircut and could not stay any longer as I had to rush off to my reservation.
