Gave them benefit of doubt for a blow dry after a terrible lashes do years back. It’s just as bad if not worse. Asked for wavy volume and they straightened my hair. Even after I kept stopping them but they continued to straighten it. I had thought they would curl with the straighteners after or at least use a brush but no attempt to curl and told me I was done! They have no idea what they’re doing. Felt I was at someone’s house and she and her daughter were playing with my hair. Unprofessional
