Hi there, I wanted to reach out as I had a hair cut at your salon on Saturday which was, unfortunately, completely substandard. After asking for some length off the back and simple framing around my face, your stylist gave me a mullet a which required me to visit salon to rectify this awful haircut (I can share a photo if necessary). The level of service your stylist provided led me to question if they were even qualified. While I paid for the service, I would kindly ask that this be refunded
