My last visit at Silhani was amazing, but this time was very different and I won’t return. The aesthetician never checked in, ignored when I said the wax was too hot, and used a dry wipe that irritated my skin. Wax was left on my skin and in the hair, lines were not clean, and discards were left between my legs when I flipped over. No oil was used at the end, leaving me even more irritated.
