This was a very unpleasant experience. The hairdresser shared she would not be able to complete the dye unless I dyed by hair black which was not necessary, when I subsequently asked for just the trim it was over priced and took two minutes. The cut is uneven and instead of the hairdresser discussing the price with me, she left multiple times to talk with a colleague and come back, changing the price mid treatment. Hairdresser also asked if I had been cutting my own hair which is not the case.

I didn’t have Silhani do my brows, so this review doesn’t pertain to that. But I am immensely sad because I’ve been happily coming here twice a month for two years & receiving amazing threading, and today I am leaving with botched brows. :( They usually do good work but make sure you request your specific stylist.
