Arrived on time for my appointment, but it kept getting pushed and eventually started an hour later. I was happy to wait and Mehru offered to give an extra 15 mins, but in the end I only got an extra 5 mins. The massage was lovely, but Mehru made a few unnecessary comments about my skin, which has been a major insecurity of mine for years. She said I should “fix” my hyperpigmentation by getting a facial there. Comments were irrelevant to the massage and left me feeling worse off.
