Unfortunately did not have a good experience here. Basement venue. Needed a wash and blow dry before an event. The shampoo and conditioner used smelled like hand soap and felt like they dried out my recently highlighted hair. Brushing was pretty brutal, and the blow dry was so bad I tried to do it myself. The hairdresser asked me halfway through if I minded whether she waxed someone else before finishing my hair! Only good thing was the GHD use. Hair smelled odd for the rest of the night.

Both massages didn’t feel like they were targeting problem areas. It was supposed to last for an hour but I only received the massage for 35 mins as they were understaffed and had other customers
