I waited 35 minutes past my appointment time before my treatment started. When it finally started, it was rushed and it showed. The varnish job was genuinely worse than I could have done myself, with my non-dominant hand, blindfolded. The salon itself isn’t in great shape either. The area under the staircase is used for storage - bin bags in full view of clients. Not exactly the relaxing environment you’d hope for. Disappointing from start to finish.
