I usually love this place, but this massage was really disappointing The technician didn’t speak to me about anything ahead of time, or pressure etc. Toward the end of the massage she was actually on her phone, scrolling. She would rub my leg with one hand and hold her phone with the other. It also ended 5 mins early, because I felt awkward laying there whilst this was happening Such a shame as my previous experiences here have always been fantastic :(
