I was planning a relaxing massage but after talking through my problem areas with Joe, he targeted them and we talked through how to recover them. Treatment was not as I planned but really glad I went there as Joe's skill and expertise have helped me understand how to stop the pain I have.

This was my first deep tissue massage so I didn’t know what to expect. Joe talked me through each step as the massage progressed and explained everything in detail. He was professional and friendly. I was told to expect to be a little sore for a while, which was the case, but I could really feel the difference and will be going back again for a couple of ‘follow ups’. I would definitely recommend this theropist.

Was a very deep massage as I had built up knots over quite a period. I felt much more relaxed across the shoulders and back afterwards Will definitely be returning for more !
