The treatment was ok however the lights kept getting switched on during the treatment which ruined the relaxing ambience. Also the room when the facial took place was very close to the rest of the shop with only a thin sliding door separating the spaces which lead to a lot of loud background noise. Additionally the products weren’t explained so it felt like a bit of a medley and facial products.
