Sian helped put me at ease with my worries about the treatment. Kind communication before the session to check in on me. Throughout the appointment, she made sure I was ok and was happy to pause the needlework when it felt too tender. Sian talked me through what was going on at each stage and had a perfectionist outlook, making sure I had no gaps and the colour was spot on. Made me feel relaxed putting on music and chatting to distract me.

Sian has just started trading from this location but has a good reputation online. Her work looks too class and I got in touch, she was on the ball with communicating and documentation, making sure of health and safety. Altered appointment to be more convenient to me. Answered questions well. Kind and pleasant in consultation. Helpful in liaising about options and keen to get to know what I wanted and assess photos
