We were 15 mins late starting but my masseuse still gave me the full 90 mins, it did make me late for my next appointment though. The massage itself was lovely but I was only covered by a very small, old towel and so my feet and hands were uncovered and the room was cold so I had to ask for the heater to be turned on. Otherwise a very nice experience. I came away feeling refreshed and relaxed.
