Positively surprised! From the outside the place doesn't look great, a bit tacky, but once inside it completely changed. It was nicely decorated, clean and with a relaxing vibe. The receptionist didn't seem aware of my appointment and to be honest I am not sure they gave me the aromatherapy massage that I had booked. However, the massage was so good that I didn't say anything and just enjoyed it. Pure bliss! I felt completely relaxed and my knots have been worked properly too. Recommend!

Went here for a massage but they cancelled my booking because of saying I have a medical condition. I told them I’ve been here several times before and never had any problems. They still cancelled and asked me to ask Treatwell for a refund. Appalling customer service. Won’t be visiting again
