This was the first time I'd had a Myofascial release massage and it was amazing. Lots of pressure and stretching and got right into my aching stiff muscles and while I really felt it at the time (yet still nearly fell asleep) the next day I woke up feeling like elastic! (ie. great!). the venue is always so welcoming, calm and friendly and it's great value for money. Thank you and see you soon!!

We had a wonderful couples massage. Both therapists were so intentional and skilled, leaving us feeling relaxed and less tense. The music and ambiance were very soothing, though some noise from reception did come through.
