This was the first time I'd had a Myofascial release massage and it was amazing. Lots of pressure and stretching and got right into my aching stiff muscles and while I really felt it at the time (yet still nearly fell asleep) the next day I woke up feeling like elastic! (ie. great!). the venue is always so welcoming, calm and friendly and it's great value for money. Thank you and see you soon!!
